First timer! And the owner made me fall in LOVE with this app. Very professional, vehicle was ready and clean on time. He sat with me to insure the Bluetooth connection was working. Very warm, informative, accommodating, and welcoming. The car has the smoothest ride I’ve been in in a while. Every trip I take out here where I need a rental I will be going through him or I will walk anywhere I need to go because I simply refuse to give anyone else my money when I can go through him. An amazing experience and I recommend his rental to everyone in the area. Thank you so much for making this process so smooth. Until next time
