Vehicle ran excellent. Customer service was great as always.. This is my second time running the same vehicle from this person.. this time I rented it for a week. I just love to convertible beetle. 🪲 😊

The car was received with less than half a tank of gas and was somewhat dirty. The pickup instructions were also unclear. We experienced some flight issues and asked for a more convenient drop-off location, but unfortunately, they were not very flexible. Other than these issues, the car itself was nice 😊

I wish I could post pre trip pictures in my response, it was spotless when I left the car there. As far as convenience, we understood that you were experiencing some flight issues, and offered you free extension to help you out as much as we could, but you wanted us to go pickup the car at LAX airport which is 1 hour and half from our location, I am sorry that we didn't have 3 hours and extra manpower to cater to your unrealistic request.
Amazing car and absolutely amazing host as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 10/10

DREAM CAR. Was in great condition (had just been serviced), and so much fun to drive. There was some confusion about pick up and drop off locations (not what’s listed in the app), but the host was very accommodating both times. One of my favorite Turo trips!

This was our first time using Turo. We had the car dropped off and picked up from our location that we were staying at. Jack was a really nice guy, the car was as expected, and we had a fun few days getting around LA in a little convertible. Would do it all again if we are ever back in town!
