Late to drop off at agreed time and location and tank was not full when retrieved. Semi unprofessional. Overall vehicle wasn’t bad.

We shared our ETA with you in advance, and you confirmed it was okay. Turo allows delivery with any fuel level, but due to the time limit, we delivered the car with a half tank. We’ll pay closer attention to these details in the future. Thank you.
