Got the car 20 minutes late. Lock box hard to relock. Other than that, no issues.

Since airport parking lots have fees, we park our vehicles as close as possible to your reservation start time. Based on the flight information you provided, we parked the vehicle accordingly, but it seems there was a misunderstanding. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the fuel, that was completely my mistake. It was a very busy day, and I wasn’t able to fill the tank before your trip. However, the car did have more than half a tank of fuel. I’ll make sure to pay closer attention to this in the future. Thank you for your understanding! 🙏🙏
Car was perfect for our little trip. I added more gas than I was supposed to. But thanks for everything will try again soon.
