It rattled some and the interior and exterior was not clean but other then that everything was good.

Vehicle was very unreliable gauges didn’t work properly, the check engine light is on and the engine is making a loud sound.
Guest later raised multiple complaints in their review, however none of these issues were mentioned during the trip. In fact, despite claiming there were so many problems, the guest continued using the vehicle and even kept it longer than originally expected. If there were truly major concerns, we would have appreciated communication during the reservation so we could address them immediately.
