The car had 0 windshield wiping fluid in it during a winter storm, and the hood also could not be popped to refill it. Wasted hours trying to resolve this with the host. Host was initially rude when a refund was requested, citing how little they were already profiting from my booking. Host eventually committed to a full refund that has not yet come.
Please don't lie. I want to clarify a few questions. The first question is that your trip order is a non-refundable order. The second question is that you are late and have used the vehicle for two or three hours and traveled more than 35 miles.When you raised the problem, we have been trying to solve the problem for you, including replacing the vehicle, but it has not been realized in the later period.We also asked the customer service to refund you more than $158，You said you received it.

Never had a experience into I got in this nice car that drove so good omg now they are trying to to charge a late penalty when my pick up was 1:30pm and I had to pick it up at 2pm and my drop off was at 1:30pm and I dropped it off at 2pm
The drop off was a little confusing , i had to wait outside to get let in the car over negative outside omg it was freezing and i had to come get the car around 2pm because they was late dropping it off. The cohost came and met me at the car, I do not know maybe because my skin complexion or just wanted to make sure I was me or something which started the first problem in the messages which confused me. I dropped the car off at 2pm when my drop off was at 1:30 and started taking pictures and was rushing so my pictures came out a lil blurry but the sun was flashing in the car as well but I did not wash the car because it was given to me not washed because of the cold weather that was fine now they are trying to charge me a late fee and telling me to change the time which can’t b changed once u drop the vehicle off I had to call customer service now I’m so sad because the car nice and now I have to give a bad rating which I do not want to . I know they will probably make up something to over charge me for something but just make sure you book early because I do not know if they use it for personal use or not but they need time to get prepared before renting the car out
