I had an excellent experience with this Turo rental. The car was even better than described: spotless, well-maintained, and a pleasure to drive. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless from pickup to drop-off, going above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. This rental made my trip even more enjoyable, and I would absolutely book again without hesitation. :)

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The car was exactly as described and ran perfectly throughout the trip. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and hassle-free, with great communication the entire time. Ilana was friendly, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy. I would absolutely rent from Ilana again and highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable rental. One of my best Turo experiences so far!

All the seats had visible stains and pet hair on them. Other than that, it was ok
Hi Jake! Thanks for booking. While I wish you would have shared these concerns when I asked about how your experience was at drop off instead of saying everything was fine, I appreciate the feedback.
I will agree the car has old stains that are pictured in the profile and there is pet hair embedded in the carpet as this is my personal car. However I took the car through the car wash and vacuumed directly before handing over the keys. In the future, upfront transparency would be appreciated.
