This is my first time trying this type of rental car company, and it was a hassle and did not save me any money.

First time guest who did not follow any of the instructions. Guest waited last minute to upload license. Guest did not read any messages about pick up and return policy. When I tried to help, guest used profanity and very rude. I still sent her Turo support number to assist her. I rate her a 2/5 but the guest did take care of the car and brung it back in good condition.
The pickup instructions were easy to follow. Car was fuel efficient, clean and runs great. The host was a great communicator. Will definitely be using them again when I’m in town.
