The car was very nice and clean and no issues at all. I would definitely use their services again if I am back here in Chicago.

Smooth ride. Like that although the pickup is at a nearby hotel from the airport that you can get on the shuttle. That Marriott parking lot does fill up so drop off took time as there was no parks so I was waiting hoping someone would leave lol. All in all I would rent again with more options for dropoff in case the parking lot is filled.

Thank you for this feedback. Unfortunately, It was Labor day weekend so travel is at peak around the airport during that time that impacted the available spaces. Other than that, there are plenty of parking spaces available
This car was perfect for my trip to Chicago. The host's communication was great. Car pickup for the Midway Airport is a quick shuttle ride away. The car is efficient and good for parallel parking in the city.
