This was my first time using Turo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. The host was extremely helpful, professional, and communicative. She kept in contact with me beforehand to make sure I had all the information I needed, and both the pickup and return of the vehicle were exactly on time.

Joy and Henry were excellent hosts! Communication was prompt and very clear. Appreciated the flexibility to extend my trip and to do convenient pick up and drop off. This car was smooth and easy to drive. Great on gas mileage! Even took all the Chicago potholes with ease. Will definitely recommend this host and hope to rent from them again when back in town.
