2nd time using a car with Tien.
Car was a little older than the first one with some wear and tear but still was good to get from point a to b to c, and fantastic for the price!
Everyone I texted with was communicative and there were clear and concise instructions for pickup and drop off

It's an older car but it served It's purpose! Good on gas..ac works! Great brakes!

Car was old, messy. It smelled like smoke. The gas tank would not open.

Here’s the thing, it was a good car, and it got me from point A to point B.
Would I use it again as a young adult with 2-3 kids? Yes!
Would I let my grandmother use it? No. Not a good older person car, great for anyone ages 18-45. College car that’s got good miles on it and runs well. My kids rode in it twice once to our grandmothers house from the airport and once back to the airport AND it was a life saver for bringing my new niece to and from home/hospital after being born and to the store and such for things we needed for new mom and new baby.
Overall good which is why I gave it a 5! I couldn’t put gas because I couldn’t pop the gas cover off to add gas. Customer service was great! When that happened they called right away!
Maybe have someone jiggle it and show how to open it so we can add gas?

We had a good trip with the car although it is showing some signs of wear. The gas cap would get stuck every time we had to fill up and would require one of us to pull the lever while the other one opened the cap at the same time. We were also not able to connect our phones to the stereo either using Bluetooth or with a usb cable, we didn’t have an aux cord.
