The car drove well, was very dependable and the host that I communicated with via text was very responsive, kind and sent clear directions. My only complaint is that the guy who was obviously handling the cars in person during pickup and drop off was very unfriendly and dismissive but overall things went well.

Overall, this was a good experience. The car was easy to locate, and mostly easy to drive. We had a snow storm during the time of my rental, and the car was not great in those conditions. It could use some snow tires to make it more secure on snow ridden roads, and maybe better wipers (I am not sure if the wipers were the issue, or whatever was used to clean the inside of the windshield in the car-at times it was hard to see out of the windshield-it was smudgy/cloudy). The folks that run the business were easily accessible by text, and helpful. I wish them the best with this business. I would rent from Tien and her family again.
