Amazing experience from start to finish! The car was exactly as described super clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly throughout my trip. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and the host was friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. Car was great! There is a speed limiter on the vehicle which is absolutely understandable, but would be nice to know about beforehand in the description.

The vehicle is a beautiful color and was clean upon pickup. There were several existing cosmetic imperfections, including various bumps and scratches, but due to the way the color reflects, some of them are not immediately noticeable in certain lighting. Please note, this vehicle is not equipped with Full Self-Driving.
The pickup location was very convenient and the process itself was straightforward. My only issue was with the reservation experience. I was running behind for pickup, and the host canceled the reservation according to policy (I was unaware of, but that’s completely my fault). However, I did not receive a direct call or additional outreach (beyond initial pick up instruction message) before the cancellation, and I was only notified after Turo contacted me. As a result, I had to rebook the same vehicle at a higher rate and was not able to receive a full refund from the original booking. Asked for rate accommodation and the host respectfully declined.
Overall, I had no major issues with the vehicle itself and the trip went smoothly.
