The car was amazing and the owners made it super easy to retrieve and drop off. Super smooth ride. I am strongly considering buying one after this experience :)

The car runs great and is generally speaking in good condition. The owner was easy to deal with. However, the cloth on the interior roof is hanging from the top and their attempt to pin it as a solution was unsuccessful. It was literally hanging and hitting our heads. When getting into the drivers side you can see the wear of the top and it looks really bad. Very surprising for a luxury car only 4 years old. I wouldn’t have rented the car for a special birthday if I’d know the real condition of the interior. It’s not up to par for a luxury vehicle rental listed as is, with no commentary on visual state of vehicle.

Pick up and drop off were frustrating for those not familiar with ord, despite the hosts detailed instructions. Would do it all again though! Tien made the process much easier for me. I’d highly recommend!
