Car ran great was clean great rental for the Chicago area and host was able to bring the car to the airport which was super helpful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Considering the number of great reviews this vehicle has, the overall experience with this car and Turo Support was disappointing enough for me to say with confidence I'll never use this service again. One of the reasons it isn't 1 star is because the Host was responsive and consistent. I'd imagine, however, that all Hosts would inspect their vehicles before Guests take them, ensuring no maintenance is needed or something as small as the gas cap being loose wouldn't trigger the Check Engine Light and cause the vehicle to stall. I'm glad it was a minor fix for the Host nevertheless.

All my vehicles are maintained and inspected regularly. Unfortunately, unexpected issues like a check-engine light can happen without warning. I remained responsive and addressed the concern as soon as I was made aware. I take pride in maintaining my fleet and providing a good experience.
My rental with Carlos was great! He was very responsive, the car ran smoothly and I had no issues. I would rent with him again.
