This was my first time ever using a Turo and my experience with Carlo’s was five star! I got in super late and since I was traveling alone he put the car in a garage that was still connected to the airport. Literally I stepped maybe 10 feet out of the car was right there in the connected garage. Nicely lit and easy to access.
I didn’t know what to expect but it was great. I’m hoping his car is available next time I’m visiting Chicago!
