To be fair, Paul, you booked a non-refundable trip and later decided to cancel. The non-refundable trip comes with a discounted rate, and it seems you were unhappy with that choice when it was time to cancel. I was nothing but helpful and understanding throughout our messages, I’m disappointed by the 3-star review because this situation was outside of my control, this rating negatively impacts my overall score unfairly with no fault of my own.
