The guest cancelled the trip not myself. Turo allowed the guest to book a trip w a 3 hour window when i have a minimum of 4 hours. The car was ready 45 mins late and he cancelled. Turo screwed this up.

I would have extended if the car didn't squeak so much and the passenger side front tire didn't lose air every 3 or 4 days. Was a inconvenience and annoyance with both. Host came out and check out the car which is why he's getting 4 stars . Was responsive and check in.

The tires were squeaky majority of the ride, a good car to drive local though and is really good on gas.
The squeeking you heard is from brake dust as mentioned from previous guests. The brakes are at 55 %.

Car ran smooth. Good on gas. Brakes squeak loudly with every press but not worn. Radio cuts off every 20 minutes.
Ill check out the radio. Ive never had that happen. Thanks

Pick up was fine, communication was fine. Brakes do squeal like everyone mentioned. Car was rented for my GF visiting from out of country, she was pulled over the next day for an expired registration, reached out to the host and he claimed it expired 2 days ago and was up on his refrigerator, I asked if I could come by and pick up but then after that absolutely zero response till later at night, saying he can drop it off later at night. I needed another car right away as I work long hours from early in the morning till late at night and my gf also has school early! Eventually had to get the car towed back to hosts place as there was no guarantee. He then gave no response, no refund, no apology, nothing! Turo support was very helpful but unfortunately couldn’t get a refund till both parties agree and Host just doesn’t respond to anything! Turo also couldn’t get me another vehicle because this transaction wasn’t closed out! Zero stars if I could! Waste of time, money and effort!!
