We're disappointed to see such low ratings, especially since no specific maintenance issues were reported and the maintenance feedback stated "none." The car quality was good. The car was in good shape. We were able to pick up our car at the location given by the host with no problem. We were able to return it back to the same area with no problem. Carlos was very attentive to any questions we had.
