Multiple issues, vehicle was late, not ready and had glass shards in seat and car. Limited communication and confusion between host and cohost. Bad experience

As a host, I want guests to enjoy their trip. Adam requested a larger car after landing, although he had booked this vehicle. We arranged and paid for an Uber Black to bring him to our location. When we discovered the car had been vandalized, we worked to address the situation, but Adam still complained about the transportation we provided. This was a frustrating experience, especially given the damage and the costs we’re now facing.
