I have no rating .. I don’t want to say good or bad .. the car just needed work on it and I didn’t feel safe. However they let me out of my rental and I was able to change to another vehicle and host.

Everything was fine and went smoothly. Only thing was that I did not appreciate them giving me the drop-off location until 5 minutes before my pick-up time. My pick up time was 1:30pm and I had no idea where to go to get the car until 1:25pm when they sent me the location.
Guest didn’t know the address was posted on his trip details the moment he booked. He has no absolute idea
