This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. The vehicle was not in the condition I expected based on the listing.
The radio repeatedly cuts in and out. The only way to get it working again is to turn the vehicle completely off and restart it, and even then it may only work for a short period before going out again. This was extremely inconvenient throughout the rental.
The condition of the exterior was also very disappointing. The front bumper appears to have been repaired with visible screws and is noticeably misaligned. In daylight, it is easy to see multiple imperfections that were not as noticeable at night. The vehicle appears to have previously been involved in an accident and, in my opinion, was not repaired properly.
The rear brakes also squeak, which added to my concerns about how well the vehicle has been maintained.
Overall, this car does not appear to be properly maintained and did not meet the standard I would expect from a rental vehicle. Based on my experience, I believe the vehicle should be inspected and removed from the platform until the mechanical, electrical, and body issues are properly repaired.
