Brake lights had to be replaced but owner was great

When a car is rented for a long period, it is normal for a lightbulb to burn out after three weeks—especially since the car was inspected and found to be in perfect condition at the time of pickup. You told me the car wouldn't start, so I had to drive for an hour to reach you, only to find that it actually worked fine. Despite this, I still gave you a 5-star rating. Thank you.

The car worked very well. Car had a bit more paint chips and cosmetic wear and tear but it was perfectly functional for our purposes. The host was very responsive and dropped off on time. And make the pickup process very smooth.

The car was in good condition upon pickup. I took it in for repairs, and I was told that it had hit a severe speed bump during the rental period. I ended up having to replace several parts, which cost me a significant amount. All in all, however, it was a good experience. Thank you.
