The car is clean and drives well, but did have a large crack in the windshield when I picked it up. It would have been nice to know about this issue beforehand. I also had significant trouble getting in touch with the host when I had questions, but once he did reply, he was helpful.

Hi Mary! Glad your trip went well. I do apologize for the communication. As I did mention previously, I do typically send a templated welcome message that provides more detailed instructions. With me traveling during the week of your rental, this was a lesson to myself as far as what I can manage. Also, I do want to remain transparent on the public forum that the crack in the windshield is no larger than the review mirror, does not obstruct any vision, and getting replaced soon. Thank you again!
