My host MJ was awesome! The rental price was very reasonable and I definitely got my moneys worth! He replied to all of my questions and concerns promptly! I will definitely be returning soon!

As expensive as this platform is to rent used vehicles that are at least 10 or more years old( in most cases) the host shouldve done a better job with the upkeep of the vehicle.. The dashboard and door panels were dusty, steering wheel was dirty, and the seats had pet hair and stains everywhere, especially the back seat!. So bad I refused to sit my belongings back there. Not to mention, I had to add windshield fluid, the wipers need to be replaced and a front fog light is out. Being fair, I knew the car was an older model so I wasnt expecting crème de la crème, however, it was disappointing to see how hosts dont take time to provide the bare minimum.. ie cleaning their vehicles, making sure fluids are topped off, and functioning lights. Unlike rental agencies theres no option to switch if unsatisfied. so most times we have to settle with what we're given. When I did present my concern to the host, my message was not addressed and it was left on read. I will say the car runs well, has good gas mileage and air-conditioning. The lack of cleanliness, functioning components and communication made this experience unsatisfactory.
