Marcelous se contactó conmigo tan pronto hice la reservación, el carro estaba en muy buenas condiciones y limpio. Me indicó el lugar y la hora para recogerlo, cuando llegué el carro ya estaba ahi, le escribí por la app y me abrió el carro, el carro al 100%. Es mi primera vez en usar la app y muy satisfecho con el costo/beneficio y Marcelous muy amable. Sumamente recomendado.

The car was great. I drive a 2017 Honda at home so this was familiar but the drive was actually smoother and more solid than my car. The pickup location was convenient and safe. The host was available for questions and directions. The next time I visit Chicago, I'll look to rent from Marcelous.
