Thank you! This trip was a life saver. My car was down for the weekend and placed into the shop. As I needed a way to get back and forth to work from Aurora to Chicago quickly, there couldn’t of been any better option than your Honda accord. I greatly appreciate being able to use it for the time being. Car runs excellent, no problems whatsoever. Gratitude! I’d greatly welcome being able to use the rental again in the future

Guest requested us to pick up the car at his friend house which is out of state and super far away because he was busy to take it back. We could not accommodate it due to the short notice so we report to Turo to get a tow. He was charged for that service then upset and blame that the car was overheat so that is why he could not return.
