For a 2016, it has all the bells and whistles. Owner was very helpful and communicative! Great experience!

Pickup, location and host were great, but quality of car wasn’t good. But I guess for the price and the year of the vehicle it was fine. However I wouldn’t rent that car again

I WAS NOT HAPPY THIS IT TO TO LONG TO GET TO THE CAR .ALSO WE WERE .OLDER AN AGE 64 AN 68 . TO MANY INSTRUCTIONS TO START THE TRIP AND END THE TRIP .. THE BATTERY WAS DEAD THE NEXT DAY. I WAS TOLD I LEFT LIGHTS ON BUT I WAS AN MY HOTEL ROOM BEFORE 7PM BEFORE DARK. HE DID HAVE AAA COME BUT I PAID SOMEONE TO GAVE ME A JUMP. BECAUSE I HAD 3 APTT SCHEDULE BEFORE THE EVENT.LAST BUT NOT LEAST WE MISS OUR FLIGHT. TRY TO FIND THE DROP OFF SPOT . I HAVE RENTED MANY TIMES FROM TURO. THIS WAS THE FRIST I HAD A PROBLEM

For clarity: The vehicle was parked at 6:52 PM, and the battery was slowly drained over roughly 4 hours. AAA was arranged for replacement, but the guest declined service, jumped vehicle, and drove with the compromised battery, causing further issues. The host drove out and replaced the battery at the hotel location later the same day. The provided trip instructions were not followed. The car was returned at the guest’s scheduled return time, so we can't explain the missed flight 🛫
Jonathan was great, the instructions were very detailed and clear and the car was conveniently located by where I needed it. I am sometimes slow to do this part, but I am also going to book it again right now. Nice little car and perfect for my needs.
