My experience with Turo was great. I was traveling and my flight got delayed and I was in Midway airport after Midnight, and I was able to get in touch with the contact person via text and telephone to guide me step by step until I picked up the vehicle from the location. It was so smooth and I was treated with kindness, respect and understanding. My returned was more hectic due to delayed flight and traffic, Jonathan provided me with all the proper contact numbers to get a smooth extension for no charge, all while being kind, and caring. I will recommend TURO to anyone. Great price, great service and smoth transcations. God Bless ~ have save travels. NKL
