We had a cancellation and needed to get an Uber into a surrounding city of Chicago and they were kind enough to take the vehicle to us there so we did not have to wait at the airport forever. Unfortunately, the vehicle does have some wear and tear and did smell like a ““ hot box.

Trip was phenomenal.. unfortunately we got a flat tire that was out of our control (potentially with the expansion of the tires due to the heat) However, the host was super understanding and assisted with next steps, along with our insurance. Would still rent again.. even with the unforeseen circumstances. They really are the best!
