Pick up location was convenient and access to vehicle was easy. Host was responsive. Vehicle was clean throughout, but headlights to vehicle was not properly working, headlight seemed to face toward ground and there was no way to adjust it, which made it difficult to drive at night and very dangerous. Host tried to make accommodations for another vehicle, but it fell through. Which made driving back home from work at night for me very difficult. Host will definitely need to make sure this is corrected before renting out this vehicle because it can be a safety hazard for anyone driving it.

Car was unsafe to drive. Headlights pointed to the ground, barely 2ft infront of car. High beams do not work unless you hold the lever. Guessing this is why the lights were turned off of automatic. Inside of car covered in cigarette burns and ashes marks, smelled of smoke covered with scented air fresheners. USB charging outlets do not work. Host denied all of this, spent two hours with turo getting resolved with new car and uber vouchers since we spent $42 just to GET to this vehicle. Went less than 15 min down the road. Would not recommend.

Other then the outside paint scratches and smidge shaking while driving ... the car is reliable and gets you to where you need to go!
