The car was a bit worn upon arrival but that was evident and not hidden on the pictures posted online so it was not a major concern. As a first time Turo user, my host was very patient with me learning how to use the system. I would advise Turo does a better job of educating customers on how vital it is to use the app. I was solely responding through email transmissions so the check-in process could have gone much smoother had I known how crucial it was to use the app before hand. I did not even have it downloaded. Gased it up before a smooth drop and reltively easy rebtal process, my host was fantastic and helpful throughout the entire process. I would reccomend his services

Really disappointed that our original car was cancelled and replaced with this one the day before the trip. This one did not run very well, definitely can tell it needs some maintenance work. However, I will say that communication was relatively good all in all, only slightly delayed when my flight landed earlier than expected and I needed to code to the keys early.
