Car drove great. No issues with the car but there could more specifications on pick up location as this is a lot and I had to go on looking for the vehicle with many cars in it.

The car runs good, no issue the whole day. The host very friendly and helpful with everything . Also the parking lot it s in a good area.

I just needed a car to commute and it did exactly that. Old but reliable, only negative was for some reason it’s Bluetooth stopped working tho it did on the first drive . So every drive was boring 😴

The car was a bit worn upon arrival but that was evident and not hidden on the pictures posted online so it was not a major concern. As a first time Turo user, my host was very patient with me learning how to use the system. I would advise Turo does a better job of educating customers on how vital it is to use the app. I was solely responding through email transmissions so the check-in process could have gone much smoother had I known how crucial it was to use the app before hand. I did not even have it downloaded. Gased it up before a smooth drop and reltively easy rebtal process, my host was fantastic and helpful throughout the entire process. I would reccomend his services
