Paid 2 days before rental. After paid, was notified car wasnt available. Swapped for a lesser car. Same.price. reeked of smoke. Not a great experience.
We’re sorry the trip did not meet your expectations. The vehicle you originally booked became unavailable due to unexpected repairs before pickup. To avoid canceling your reservation, we offered a newer replacement vehicle at the same rate, which you were free to accept or decline. We take cleanliness seriously and wish we had been notified of any odor concerns during the trip so we could have addressed them.
