Thank you for your feedback. The 2016 Ford Focus is equipped with Ford’s automatic dual-clutch transmission, which operates differently from a traditional automatic. It shifts and drives more like a manual/stick-shift vehicle, so the gear changes can feel more noticeable. This is a normal characteristic of this model and transmission.
The car was exactly as advertised and the host was a delight to work with. Highly responsive, courteous and helpful. Best time I’m in need of a temporary vehicle these guys are the first place I’ll look. Great experience, overall.
