Car was disgusting. Reeked of cigarettes and the location was sketchy, dark, and awful. Plus the host was hard to reach.

We’re sorry the pickup was frustrating. The vehicle was at the location provided in the trip instructions. The guest initially went to a different location and reported that the lockbox did not work before reaching the assigned vehicle. We called and messaged with the correct location but could not reach him by phone. He later went to the proper location, accessed the vehicle, and continued the trip. We take cleanliness and odor concerns seriously and inspect every vehicle between trips.
