The car was extremely old and not nearly as clean as it appeared in the online photos. It had a strong, musty, almost moldy smell, possibly from sitting in the heat for a long time. The seats had numerous stains and there was also a noticeable urine-like odor.
The car drove like an older vehicle and didn’t have an adapter for connecting a phone, which was inconvenient. That said, it was an average priced for around here $425 for 3 days and worked for a last-minute trip. You definitely get what you pay for.
For a quick trip when you’re in a pinch, it gets the job done. However, if you have time to book elsewhere and prices are relatively similar, I would recommend doing so. I also wouldn’t consider it a good option for traveling with kids.

Car smells bad and drives like a very old car even though it’s only 2015. Did get us from point A to point B but you could get a much better car for the same price.

DO NOT BOOK THIS CAR!!!!!! I picked up car with a quarter tank of gas almost at E!!! The windshield was filthy covered in bird poop no windshield fluid then no AC with it being 80 degrees plus outside the host says he replaced AC compressor it’s a LIE !! I was on the side of the road for almost an hour with my toddler waiting for Turo to rectify the situation I spent $20 in uber to get there then another $20 to get to the other vehicle Turo booked for me please do not rent from this host especially if you have kids this was by far the worst rental on this app!!!

We’re sorry the vehicle did not meet your expectations. The A/C compressor had in fact been replaced, so stating that we lied about the repair is simply not accurate. Once you reported an issue with the A/C, Turo assisted you and booked you into another vehicle so you could continue your trip. We understand the inconvenience, but we made every effort to address the concern once it was reported.
