This car is terrible it has a lot of damage on the inside it got me from point A To B but I wouldn’t recommend this vehicle

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the blown fuse affecting the USB port during your trip. This is unfortunate, but issues like this are a normal part of maintenence on cars that are 7 years old. We are sorry it happened during your trip. That issue has since been repaired. While the vehicle may show normal wear, it is regularly cleaned, maintained, and continues to be a reliable vehicle for our guests. I believe our overall rating reflects that.

Car Was Clean Drives So Smooth I’ll Definitely Be Booking Again

I’ve rented from this host multiple times before and never had any issues, which is why this experience was disappointing. When I raised a concern about the vehicle’s brakes, it didn’t feel like it was taken seriously and came across as if my honesty was being questioned.
I took time out of my day, in the middle of moving, to swap the vehicle, which was very inconvenient. I wasn’t looking for compensation—just a smooth and understanding resolution. While the host stated they didn’t experience the same issue, something clearly didn’t feel right with the car.
Up until this point, I’ve always had positive experiences, but how a concern is handled really matters. Unfortunately, this situation changed my perspective.
