Brandon was communicative and easy to work with throughout the booking process, he responded quickly and accommodated our request for a child safety seat without any issue. Pickup was smooth and the car appeared to be in good condition at handoff.
Unfortunately, we ran into some mechanical concerns during the trip. The check engine light came on, which Brandon attributed to the O2 sensor. We also had a tire losing air. A shop inspection revealed a previous patch had failed, and both front tires needed replacement. Additionally, the car developed a noticeable shake at highway speeds (around 70mph), which may be an alignment issue; Brandon mentioned the tires had recently been rotated. There was also a faint smoke smell in the cabin, though not overwhelming. Overall Brandon was great and responsive
