The vehicle ran very smoothly during my rental, and overall there were no issues with the car itself. I truly appreciated having a reliable and comfortable experience while driving.

However, I was very disappointed with the customer service regarding an item I accidentally left behind in the vehicle. I left my Coach prescription glasses in the door of the car after the rental ended. When I reached out to the host about the missing item, the response I received felt very dismissive and unconcerned. There were no follow-up questions regarding where the glasses may have been left, what they looked like, or any indication that an effort would be made to check the vehicle. I was simply told, “No, you are all good here.”

I took the time to explain exactly where the glasses were located, but after providing those details, I received no response at all. That level of communication was extremely disappointing. As a paying customer, I believe the least that could be done is to respond professionally and show some willingness to assist with a lost personal item.

While the vehicle itself met expectations, the lack of concern and poor communication regarding my belongings did not reflect good customer service and negatively impacted my overall experience.

Our experience was disappointing. Jedarius was very pleasant over the phone, but he arrived significantly late for the drop-off. The car’s location was listed in the app’s parking garage, yet when we arrived, it wasn’t there. Only after calling Jedarius did we learn he hadn’t arrived and was still 5–7 minutes away. After waiting 30 minutes, we called again—he said he was 2 minutes out—but another 30 minutes passed before he finally showed up.

When he handed us the keys, he left immediately. Upon entering the car, we were met with a strong smell of marijuana and Lysol. With a long drive ahead, the odor was unbearable. During the trip, the dashboard screen repeatedly went out, suggesting a blown fuse, which made the drive both inconvenient and unsafe.

We ended up returning the car early because we simply didn’t want to continue using it. This was our first time using Turo, and unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations. We were very unhappy with the experience.

This is a misrepresentation the guest arrived 30 minutes before their trip and the airport was at full capacity for parking so the car was hand delivered. The guest returned the car a day early and refused to pay for parking. Additionally, you’re rude and impatient behavior was unacceptable. Making this the worst guest experience I’ve encounter.
