The car quality was good cleaning neat and the house was very good. Good at communicating. my whole experience was great

I have used turo for years and this was the only time I had bad experience. I see the host has mixed reviews so proceed with caution. My issue was no clear and timely instructions once I booked. I was honestly thought he was gonna cancel that’s how little response I got until time of pick up next day. He asked my eta. Now I was not gonna ahow up somewhere not sure of what I’m walking into. So I tried reschedule but again the lack of clear and timely responses prevented that. So he end up taking my full amount even though I didn’t use the car. I feel he stole from me and Turo customer support said it was fine. I had so many different answers as to what to do next. I just gave up.
