Host was very quick to reply to messages and sent great info. The car was clean. The only thing was the peach air freshener that was hung in the car. My daughter and I are very sensitive to smells and even though we took it down the first day, the smell remained and made us nauseous at times. Otherwise, everything was great.

First time Turo user / first time renting from CLT Auto Rentals. Car rental prices were out of control. Perfect instructions, clean car, perfect communication. I would do the exact same thing again.
