Very clean car, drove smooth and owner was very responsive and professional and was a great help when I needed to extend longer than original rental.

The car was reeking with a cigarette smoke smell. Prior to my pick up day, I warned the host that I was very sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke and they assured me that they would make sure there would be no cigarette smoke smell in the car. Upon arrival to pick up the car when I opened the door I immediately smelled the cigarette smoke so I sent a message to the host and told him/her about it. Being that I had caught an Uber to pick up the car and I had time restraints for my businesses, there was no time for me to search for a different car, so I was stuck with this car for a few days that I was in town. I told the person that I would try to cope with it, but that it was an unpleasant experience for me. I had to keep the windows rolled down at all times so that I could breathe properly. The smell was also in the clothes that I wore each day. The smell was so strong, that when you opened the door to the car or open the trunk, the smell hit you in the face. The host claims that he/she could not smell any cigarette smoke, but I find that hard to believe because it was just that strong. It was such a horrible experience and I was miserable the entire time, but unfortunately I didn’t get off work until 11 PM to midnight so there was no time for me to change it out for a different car. If you are not sensitive to cigarette smoke then this car is for you.

Tammy, we’re disappointed in this feedback. Check our previous guest feedback, we’ve never been disingenuous. The car was treated with a chemical smoke remover to ensure it met the standard for delivery. On day one you complained and we gave you an opportunity to return the vehicle. You kept the car and continued to complain throughout the rental period though you were minutes from location where you could have returned the car. We feel this was a scheme for a free rental. We wish you the best.
