They didn’t give me the location of the car and the speakers were blown

Car was nice to drive and fuel efficient.
As someone who hasn't used Turo in a few years, pick up instructions could have been a little clearer. I was waiting for pick up instructions and didn't realize pick up location was off site the Parking Spot.
Car was also completely out of washer fluid so I personally purchased some.
Overall a good experience but not quite as convenient as airport rental car pickup.
