They went above and beyond by allowing me extra days, which made a huge difference and took so much stress off my trip. That level of customer service is hard to find! I highly recommend renting from them and would absolutely book with them again. Thank you for making this such an easy and enjoyable experience!

Car quality was great, it drove very smooth and was perfect for my trip. The only complaint I have was my interaction with Victor. I was visiting for a wedding and he was just rude in his responses when I was trying to figure out of to get to the car. I’ve used this company on trips prior and they usually put the full instructions in the messages. I didn’t realize there was a section for instructions. When I messaged in the app, I was met with the response of “You should have read the instructions and got on the proper shuttle even if they told you to get on a different shuttle that we didn't instruct you to get on.” When I addressed the response he stated “ My remarks are backed up with factual information you don't simply don't understand how the process works and that's fine but the error was on the guest not the host.” I’ll admit that I was uninformed based on prior experience with this however, there’s a better, more customer friendly approach to assist without being condescending. Overall, it was a good experience!
