Shadi did an absolute good job rendering great service. I arrived earlier into town sooner than when my rental started. The host was very fast and prompt in responding that he worked with me to figure something out. He went above to help me out. Very much appreciated it. As for the car, it drove without issues. It has a few bells and whistles that provide some conveniences during the ride. It overall was very clean, no funny smells and great on gas. As for the pickup, it was straight forward and very very convenient. From the airport you take a shuttle to a big name parking facility where the car is parked. The key is at the wait in a lock box on the window. I would definitely look to rent from again when in town. Thank you much.
