The car was noticeably dirty when I picked it up, with crumbs, stains, and even a baby bottle lid under the seat. It also felt older, and the brakes and acceleration were rough, which made the drive less comfortable. It got me where I needed to go, but the cleanliness and overall condition did not meet my expectations.

We respectfully disagree with this review. The vehicle was professionally cleaned before pickup, and we have both the cleaning receipt and time-stamped photos documenting its condition. We also checked in during the trip, and no concerns were raised. The guest continued using the vehicle for two days before requesting a partial refund. Had we been notified when the issue was first noticed, we would have gladly addressed it immediately.
