The car was very uncomfortable. It drove like crap shook the whole time. He said the AC works. It works at night during the day. It’s too hot for Florida. I let him know the line’s off that has only one headlight worked the whole time. The front end looks like it’s gonna fall off. The light is holding on by a rag. I was told by him when I picked the car up before driving off if anything’s wrong or if I’m not happy to contact him and he’ll put me in a different car I asked for a different car that day, but then I had to drive my daughters to a concert for two days straight, so it was very scary. Wondering if I was gonna break down or not, and he informed me when I asked for a different car we’re not in the line of renting clean luxury cars. We’re just in the line of work of rent cars and as I said, I don’t care if it’s a $45 a day or $500 a day everybody expects a clean car and one that’s reliable my boyfriend’s disability my daughter has a disability so that was a very uncomfortable car. There’s no room in it in the ride like I said is very rough.

At pickup, you were informed that if there were any issues, you could contact me for assistance or a replacement, but the trip continued without resolution. All vehicles are regularly maintained and checked for safety and operation. If you are looking for a higher-class or more comfortable vehicle, please consider booking accordingly in the future.
