Car was great- pick up at airport is a hassle. I was dropped off at The Parking Spot directly instead of the airport and still had to wait for shuttle. The shuttle took 15 minutes to get me . On return, I waited again for 15 minutes for shuttle to get taken to airport even though I had a ride . The shuttle isn’t optional. I would have walked to car parking spot but wasn’t allowed to,

For safety reasons, the facility requires guests to use the shuttle rather than walk through the lot. Unfortunately, shuttle wait times are managed by the parking facility and are outside our control. We appreciate your understanding.
