One of the best cars I've rented on Turo. Pick up is extremely easy, the host communicates very well, the car drives perfectly. This was a wonderful Turo experience and I will definitely be renting again!

Car and rental process was amazing! The only thing is that it smelled like people have previously smoked inside and the inside could have been a little bit cleaner before my trip started. Other than that, I would definitely do business again with William and I’m so thankful for the opportunity!

After picking up the vehicle. I disagree with your assessment. There are no stains that are visible on this 2017 Hyundai. I don’t smoke and the vehicle smells like a 2017 vehicle should smell like. I take pride in my rentals as you can see from all my five star reviews excluding yours. So unfortunately, I disagree with your assessment.
