Lovely vehicle what’s perfect for our use coming back to north Carolina

The attendant was great. Unfortunately, the car smell like too much air freshener and I need to drive with the windows down.
The turo customer service was very challenging and too way to long to respond.
The trip was more expensive than it was worth. I would probably stick with a traditional car rental in the future.
This is the most undeserved negative review I have received in my 2000 trips. U are mad at your self and you are taking it out on me after I bent over backwards to assist you with the most basic tasks. I handed u a bottle of water after I felt you are frustrated. I protected u from the rain by providing u a place to be at because, you don’t have the turo app, your phone had a dead battery, and you booked one hour in advance and showed up 15 min later. Good luck

Very good car. Reliable but it takes too long and too much to get to the vehicle. Feels like I have to go through a maze just to get to the car. Other than that clean and smooth ride just wish pick and drop off was much easier to manage.
