A $250 cleaning fee will apply if smoke odors are detected. ✅ No Pets – Pets are not allowed inside the vehicle unless it is a service animal. A cleaning fee will apply if pet hair, stains, or odors are found. ✅ No Re-Renting or Subleasing – The vehicle cannot be rented or loaned to another person. Only the approved Turo guest(s) may drive. ✅ No Off-Roading, Racing, or Reckless Driving – The vehicle must be driven responsibly and only on paved roads. Any signs of reckless use, including speeding, drifting, or burnouts, will result in fines and possible reporting to Turo. ✅ No Unauthorized Drivers – Only drivers approved by Turo may operate the vehicle. Unauthorized use will result in cancellation and potential fines. ✅ Return with the Same Fuel Level – The car must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup, or a refueling charge will apply. ✅ Return on Time – Late returns may be subject to Turo’s late return fees. If you need extra time, please request an extension through Turo before the trip ends. ✅ Keep the Vehicle Clean – Please return the car in the same clean condition as received. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive dirt, stains, or trash left inside. ✅ Renter is Responsible for Tolls, Tickets, and Violations – Any tolls, parking tickets, or traffic violations incurred during the rental period will be charged to the renter. ✅ Mileage Limit Applies – The trip includes a set mileage limit. Any overages will be charged per mile according to the Turo listing rate. ✅ No Transporting Illegal Substances – The vehicle cannot be used to transport drugs, alcohol (if under the legal limit), or any illegal goods. ✅ No Crossing Borders – The vehicle must remain within the U.S. (or specify your preferred location restrictions, e.g., no travel outside [your state]).
