The communication to get the vehicle was terrible there was suppose to be a shuttle that never showed up person messaging me told me to call a number and that “100’s of people can follow these simple directions but I can’t.” Then when she called the same number I did nobody answered for either of us. So I uber there person at the gate goes “ oh I already heard about u rude folks and ur on ur way here ur uber can’t come through gate.” Then lady at the gate gets into argument with our uber driver. The whole point of getting a car at the airport is for it to be efficient time wise and this process is nothing like that. The vehicle was fine but the people running this LLC need some serious work on communication.
