BMW 4 Series

I am humbly submitting this review due to the host requesting that I submit transparency and truths. I was really anticipating the opportunity to drive this vehicle while on my very important business trip in N.C. I was taken by surprise having to go to the "parking spot" to retrieve the vehicle. I am accustomed to being picked up or at the least having to retrieve the vehicle from the airport parking garage. Once at the "parking spot" I did not have an issue getting into the vehicle. But that is also the start of my disappointments. This "luxury" vehicle was completely and utterly unclean from the outside to the inside. It had not been vacuumed or washed. The inside of the vehicle appeared to not have been cleaned for the past few "rentals?" This was indicated due to the multiple "receipts" that were in the side door pockets. Which were from multiple states and (6) months of dates. The "wrap" that gives this vehicle the custom "paint" look was peeling on both sides. "It is a beautiful color choice" but the condition was highly visibly deteriorating. I will not take away the fact that people did still complement the vehicle. I believe this was after it rained and washed away a lot of the debris. I was literally embarrassed to have colleagues ride with me in this convertible due to the condition of the vehicle. Before concluding, my biggest let down was when I contacted the host with visual pictures showing that all (4) tires were under weight (B.D.=44psi, B.P.=31psi, F.D.=34psi, F.P.=33psi) and I got no response. So on the second day of having the vehicle, I spent part of the day at "Discount Tire......" The next reply I received was on the next day with the return instructions which included "I appreciate if you can return the car clean as the same condition as you took it?" Unfortunately my mannerisms could not allow me to display such "unsanitary" actions as there were displayed before I received the vehicle. This review is my honest observation and testimony due to the request of the host requiring "honest and sincere" feedback. And in closing I must stay true and transparent to my over (20) million views that I have on "Google" as a top reviewer on the sight. "Host" please take my sincere "transparency" in building a better repore for your company's presentation.
