They accommodated me in the car after a snafu. I really appreciated them making the situation right. Car was excellent.

Great experience, but it would've been nice if the car were cleaned beforehand, the seats had small sticky stains all over and trash in the cupholders, but otherwise fine. I booked last minute, so I'm grateful such a nice car was available... On the return trip, the alarm dinged that the engine oil needs to be serviced and the drivetrain/chassis needs to be checked.

Great car to cruise around Charlotte in, looks of looks!

Car was super fun which was why we rented it, but it’s so disappointing when cars aren’t properly maintained or have been so badly abused by other renters.
The driver side mirror was broken so it didn’t adjust at all, which was a major safety hazard. The brakes squeaked anytime you came to a complete stop (so embarrassing!!). The car was also just not clean. Maybe it’s clean to some people, but it definitely needs an interior detail. Such a shame to have such a beautiful vehicle and not keep it clean.
The pick up and drop off process was super easy, it was our first time picking up from the CLT airport with Turo even though we’ve done many rentals. The shuttle driver told me the car is very frequently rented which likely explains the rest.
