It took me a hour to get in the car. I did have to wait for at least 15 mins for a response which took so long to get in the vehicle other then that the car itself was perfect and I left more gas in it at drop then it had when I picked it up

The car was all around fantastic
Thank you for writing a response! As you know with the weather it has been difficult to stay on top of having the exterior perfectly clean. There is salt all over the roads. Also not a check engine light, the TPMS sensor went out so that is what you saw. Tires are maintained at perfect pressures. 💚

Nice ride, but the Body of car needs work
Your input is much appreciated! We are working with insurance right now. As you may know, insurance takes it’s time. Since the damage was cosmetic, confined to one location, and does not affect performance, we left it on the road. Please do let us know in the future if the vehicle is not acceptable to you and we will swap you out ASAP. When we don’t hear from you, we assume you are satisfied. In the future, give us the option to address concerns before the fact.
